As a woman travelling alone and visiting the Bronx Zoo, I chose this hotel for its convenient location. The manager on duty during my stay was extremely polite and professional, making my initial experience quite enjoyable. The room's design was modern, with a cool bathroom and a wall-mounted HD television. I appreciated the colorful lighting at sunset and the quiet surroundings. The parking space was ample, and the nearby restaurant across the street was a nice addition. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room size limitations, but I would consider returning in the future.

My recent stay at Hotel Opus was fantastic! The location was convenient for visiting my family in the area. The Saturday Manager was polite and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the start. The newly remodeled bathroom was modern and clean, with great lighting. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Opus.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks.

Situated in a high traffic area, this hotel is perfect for solo travelers looking to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with newly remodeled bathrooms that provide a luxurious experience. the friendly staff, especially the Saturday manager, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Free parking is also available, making it easy to come and go as they please.
Some guests have reported issues with the front desk staff, who may not always provide the best customer service.

The rooms at Hotel Opus were spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathrooms were a nice touch, with great lighting. As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure during our stay.
The staff at Hotel Opus were extremely accommodating and made us feel happy and valued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a convenient stay with family in the area and decided to try this hotel. We were pleased with the free parking with available spots upon our arrival. The room had ample space and a comfortable bed. The newly remodeled bathroom had excellent lighting.
